Following the successful launch in August 2010 of bCare,  Boss Portals incident and problem manager, we are pleased to announce the next major release (r2.0) of bCare.

r2.0 provides a number of significant feature enhancements.  Once such example is templated processes for standard jobs.  Now for all network activities from provisioning, incident, planned work, routine maintenance through to asset management, predefined templates can be called upon and tailored very quickly to implement a new operational process.
